I would like to order more than one scarf?
In order for us to process a purchase of two or more scarves please email us at email@example.com with the name/s of the items you will like to order. We will then send you an invoice and ask for a few details, for example, your delivery address.
I don’t have PayPal account can I still order from you?
Yes, that is not a problem. You can make a payment with the quick and easy PayPal checkout or pay by debit/ credit card payment option which does not require a PayPal account. They accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, if you are having difficulties making your payment or do not have a credit or debit card simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, for further assistance.

Note: All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Orders made on bank holidays and weekends will be processed the next working day. Do not hesitate to email or call us if you have any enquiries.
I would like more information about the next day delivery?
If you order the free next day delivery service before 3pm your item will be dispatched same day. Orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
I would like more information about the standard delivery?
If you order the standard delivery service before 3pm your item will be dispatched same day and the bonus it’s free delivery for all UK orders. Orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Shipping times are within 2 to 3 working days.
I would like more information about the international standard delivery service to Europe?
If you order the international standard delivery service to Europe before 3pm your item will be dispatched same day. An extra fee of £4.05 will be added to your order. Orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Shipping times are within 3 to 5 working days.
I would like more information about the international standard delivery service to the rest of the world?
If you order the international standard delivery service to the rest of the world before 3pm your item will be dispatched same day. An extra fee of £5.10 will be added to your order. Orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Shipping times are within 5 to 7 working days.

I would like to return an item?
All accessories are made using either professional machinery or hand-made finishes and checked for quality control prior to us shipping your item. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 15 day return policy. To be allegeable, please claim within 15 days of receiving your item. Before returning the item, simply drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your issue. In the email explain if you would like a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item to be returned is in the same condition as received and is well packaged to avoid damage when in transit. Also please ensure the item is returned with all gift packaging and the return address label found in the invoice envelope is placed on your postage envelope.
Note: We cannot cover the cost of postage for returning an item if you are however exchanging your item we cover the cost of your exchanged item. The delivery fee for orders shipped outside the UK is non-refundable. Là Mo Deigns cannot take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in returns transit.
What materials are used for your scarves?
Our scarves are made from 8mm 100% Silk Habotai fabric and are made by a top Chinese atelier. We spent a lot of time sampling our scarves to ensure you reserve a quality item that is a timeless piece that other brands cannot offer. The material does not fade and the scarf measurements are approximately 70cm x 180cm.
How do I take care of my scarf?
Silk is a natural protein fibre so never store your scarf in a damp area. When storing your item place in the gift box to extend the scarf longevity and protect the appearance. Another storing option is to hang your silk scarf, but be sure that the area where you hang the scarf is clean, dry, and airy. Substances containing alcohol will damage the silk so it is best to let your perfume dry before wearing the scarf. Before ironing, make sure that the scarf is damp but do not spot damp, as this could create watermarks. Never use high heat when ironing, rather set your iron to ‘cool or silk’. This scarf is dry clean only, do not wash, bleach or tumble dry your scarf. An excellent travel tip is to pack your silk scarf as you would any other fashion item. After unpacking, hang the scarf and this should take away the wrinkles overnight.
